1. Before you come in
- Browse the inventory online and note any vehicles you like.
- Message Tim to confirm a vehicle is available and, if you like, have it ready for a test drive when you arrive.
- If you plan to finance, glance at what to bring so we can finish in one visit.
2. Look and test drive
- Take your time with the car. Look it over, ask questions, and drive it.
- You are welcome to have it inspected by your own mechanic. Our vehicles are sold as-is, so an inspection is a smart step.
3. Talk numbers
- Pricing is transparent. The price you agree to is the price you pay. There are no add-on fees or surprise charges at signing.
- If you have a trade-in, bring it (and the title if you have it) for a free appraisal. Its value can go toward your down payment.
4. If you are financing
- You fill out a credit application, and we submit it to lenders we work with. All credit types are welcome.
- Tim will explain your options clearly, including your rate, term, and payment, before anything is final.
- Want a head start? Apply online ahead of time.
5. Paperwork, explained line by line
- Tim walks you through every document. You can read it all in advance: the plain-English summary and the actual forms.
- On used vehicles under $40,000 you will be offered an optional two-day Contract Cancellation Option. You choose to accept or decline it.
- You never sign anything with blank spaces, and you leave with a complete copy of everything you signed.
6. Drive home
- You will need proof of insurance before you drive off. If you finance, full coverage is required.
- The smog certificate is handled, and you leave with temporary registration. Your plates and permanent registration come from the DMV.
- See the after-sale checklist for what to keep and what happens next.
